POX developed as co-owners, Steve & Scott, gradually witnessed a diminished approach developing in the office furniture installation industry. Both beginning as installers in the 90s, they began their Commercial Outfitting Partnership, Premier Installations, in 2010.
The Mission for their company was a return to professionalism and to create a family culture within a staff that respected the trade of office furniture installation. Steve and Scott studied the service and operations of the dealerships they served and used their observations as a model for structuring Premier. The culture they created spurred an atmosphere amongst installers to share their knowledge and unique set of skills that each had developed through life experiences, with each other.
Coming from the grassroots side of the industry, Steve and Scott knew that choosing to perform business in a service industry meant that their product was the people they employed. Therefore, to offer a superior product, they had to take care of their staff by educating them and providing a true foundation that a life can be built upon.
In August 2015, Premier Installations converted to Premier Office Xperts, LLC. Momentum progressed with the securing of a 20,000+ square foot warehouse on the West side of Indianapolis. The administration revisited their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and made technological progress that streamlined Payroll and Accounts Receivable.
Over a decade later, P.O.X. is well-known in the industry as a company that will get the job done. Our installations have expanded into apartments, hotels, restaurants, hospitals and schools.
