Installation of All Brands of Commercial Furniture
POX’s staff offers over 120 years of collective experience building office furniture from 100+ manufacturers, including: Knoll, DIRTT, Steelcase, Hon/AllSteel, Hayworth, Kimball and Herman Miller. We specialize in diversity and our ability to represent our client, and their specific product, at each individual job. We acknowledge the importance of anonymity and discretion within the field and are Xperts at the role of being members of a project team. With no agenda to sell or design office furniture, our goal is to complete any office furniture project requested, beginning where our client sets the start line.
Installations Beyond the Office
POX’s FF & E installations cover multi-family structures including hotels, apartment models and clubhouses, restaurants, pool decks and other outdoor gathering spaces. Our services extend into schools and work environments, including specialty storage systems and lockers. We offer project manager and installation services nation-wide and our logistics includes shipping across the country.
Receiving, Storage & Delivery
POX is proud to offer a climate-controlled warehouse for your product to be drop-shipped and secure until your project begins. Or, if you have storage needs due to timing constraints on an office reconfiguration, our floor to ceiling racking is available at monthly square-foot rates. POX will receive and inspect your product and deliver it when installation is ready to begin. Pick-ups can also be scheduled. We provide White Glove Services, handling product with care from the moment it arrives. POX follows Standard-Operating Procedures and utilizes new moving equipment. Through video doorbells, closed circuit cameras and fire suppression, we keep your furniture safe.
Building to Building or Floor to Floor Moves & Reconfigurations
Companies fluctuating in size and location are the norm. POX realizes that your productivity must continue while the transition takes place. We maintain a clean working environment throughout your project and can provide Move Instructions and Check-Lists for your employees’ workstation items. For jobs that must be completed while your staff is away from the office, POX also offers After Hours and Weekend Rates.
Full Project Management
POX can be handed a Bill of Material to create a Quote for the total value of project installation within 48 hours. We offer pre-installation meetings, floor core markings, follow-up punch trips and service contracts. POX also receives, delivers, inspects, installs and completes the project with off-site disposal of all of the packing material and debris. POX assigns Project Managers and utilizes Plan Grid, ensuring comprehensive communication for our clients.
Supplemental Staffing / Labor Assistance
POX is prepared to collaborate with your staff to help get the job done. We have worked alongside union crews and dealership installers as team members to complete projects in healthcare, corporate and educational settings. POX sells our services, not furniture. Our goal is to install commercial office furniture wherever there is a need to do so. If you foresee a lack in staffing and a finish line approaching too quickly, contact POX to add reinforcement to your project.
Service Contracts
Considering the cost of furniture, preserving the look and function of your investment is paramount. POX provides Work Order services such as detailed, deep cleaning of chairs & fabric walls as well as work surfaces. We also can be called upon to picture hang, remove or replace keyboard trays, or even to just fix stuck drawers. Your employees will transition up and down the ladder, and in and out of the office. POX can assist in retaining a beautiful, operating working environment.
